• We love children but want you to receive just what you deserve as adults...a quiet relaxing atmosphere. In order for us to provide proper attention to all guests, we regret that we cannot accommodate children during your visit. Please Help us maintain the serenity of the spa by turning off cell phones during your visit.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment requiring you to change into salon or spa garments so your treatment can begin promptly. Arriving late will limit the time and full experience of your treatment. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

• Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are excepted.

• Cancellations: As a courtesy to other clients and staff, we require a 48 hours cancellation notice. Failure to follow this policy will result in up to 20% of services charged.

• All of our trained professionals are New York State licensed.

• Health Conditions: Please disclose any medical conditions and/or medications, including topical treatment creams you are currently taking, as some treatments and services may cause adverse effects.

• Gift Certificates must be presented when redeemed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

• No refunds - all sales are final.

• There will be a $30 charge for all returned checks.
